Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. I will do everything I can do rectify any problems that arise before approving a return. Returns cannot be mailed back without communication with me first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be be factory defective, or not functioning as it should on your firearm. This does not include parts that have been damaged by user error. All returns must be mail returned by the customer, and upon inspection by Rx Arms Solutions and confirmed defective, a refund can be issued. Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded, we will only refund the cost of the product, minus 12-20% (based on product cost) for our CC processing fees and other overhead costs.
Returns from USA:
- Original mailer or box size and packaging should be used to return the item.
- USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc (Tracked) are all acceptable. Return shipping risk is on you, if it doesn’t arrive you are liable for the contents.
- Inside the package please write your order number on a piece of paper and include inside the mailer/box.
- Sufficiently use void fill inside the parcel
- USA Return Mailing Address can be found on our Contact Page. DO NOT Mail your parcel to the Canadian address.
Returns from Canada:
- Original envelope and packaging must be used to return the item
- Canada Post is the only carrier I will accept a return from.
- Inside the package please write your order number on a piece of paper and stick it in the envelope.

Benelli M4 Clone Issues
I do not guarantee that my products will work on all the Benelli M4 clones. I have not experienced problems with fitment on the Bolt Release Tab, but on some clones the charging handles and other items may not be compatible, which is no fault of Rx Arms, but that of the manufacturer of the clone. Users will buy at their own risk if buying for Benelli M4 Clones.
