California Compliance Notice (AB 1263).
Pursuant to California law, including Assembly Bill 1263 and the California Penal Code, all residents purchasing firearm accessories, components, or barrels must be notified of the following (excerpt from AB1263 Section 3273.51(e)(2)) :
Legal Notice of Unlawful Conduct: It is generally a crime in the State of California to engage in any of the following conduct without a valid license to manufacture firearms:
1) Manufacturing more than three firearms per calendar year in California;
2) Manufacturing a firearm using a three-dimensional printer or CNC milling machine;
3) Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling or transferring ownership of that firearm to another
individual who is not licensed to manufacture firearms;
4) Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling, loaning, or transferring that firearm, with the intent
to complete the sale, loan, or transfer without a required background check initiated by a licensed
firearms dealer;
5) Allowing, facilitating, aiding, or abetting the manufacture of a firearm by a person who is legally
prohibited from possessing firearms;
6) Manufacturing, or causing the manufacture of, assault weapons, machineguns, undetectable firearms,
unserialized firearms, unsafe handguns that are not on the Department of Justice roster of handguns
certified for sale in California, or other generally prohibited weapons.
Mandatory Delivery Requirements:
Restricted Delivery: All packages will be shipped via Adult Signature Restricted Delivery only to the Addressee verified by ID at the time of order. The carrier will verify the recipient’s identity via ID, and signature at the door. No packages will be left unattended.
Identity Match: The shipping address provided must exactly match the address on your government-issued photo identification.
Age Verification: All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older due to the shipping method requiring Age 21+. Proof of age must be provided via a state issued ID before shipment. Per California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the CPRA (the 2023 update), Rx Arms will retain your sensitive personal information no longer than “reasonably necessary”.
All packages must be conspicuously labeled with the words: “Signature and proof of ID of person aged 21+ required for delivery”;
Direct Sales to FFL Exemption of the above policy, per AB 1263 Section 3273.51(e)(4):

Taking into account the Above information, Rx Arms will ship sales directly sold to FFLs in California, without requiring the ID Verification step. A Valid FFL License will need to be sent to us, and the Responsible Person listed on the License needs to be the same name as the addressee on the order. This person needs to be Age 21+. These are the only types we will exempt: FFL-01 (Dealers), FFL-07 (Manufacturers), and FFL-08 (Importers)
